Monterey County residents cautioned on wildfire health effects

Monterey County health officials advise residents to actively assess their risk for exposure to unhealthy air quality resulting from the Soberanes Fire and take appropriate action.
The Monterey County Office of Emergency Services has released air quality advisories to residents enrolled in A!ert Monterey County since the Soberanes Fire began on July 22. Beginning today though, A!ert Monterey County messages will no longer be routinely sent out regarding air quality issues related to wildfire smoke
