A serious storm system is expected on the Florida coastline this week, bringing up to a foot of rain and flash flooding to the region.
The storm system, combined with high temperatures in the area, will result in highly humid weather, with temperatures expected to be between 102 and 107 degrees across the state, NBCNews reported. Florida state officials warned residents and business owners to prepare for flooding over the next few days
