October Heat Wave Setting Records

It’s not unusual to hit 90° at the beginning of October in Tulsa, but when we enter the second half of the month, climatology clear shows temperatures take a fairly steep decline towards the chill of winter. That’s why a 92° high on Monday and 100° temperatures on Sunday in our Panhandle are clearly moving us into record territory.
