60 Homes Flooded, 150 Evacuated in City in Quebec

Heavy rain and spring snow runoff have caused severe flooding on the Ottawa and Rigaud rivers in Quebec, Canada, prompting a state of emergency and evacuations.
Officials told the Chronicle-Journal that 60 homes have already flooded in the town located 20 miles west of Montreal and another 150 homes are under evacuation.
