Heat wave like conditions  prevailed through  out the State on Wednesday day with  16 places recording temperatures above 40 degree Celsius. The scorching heat  brought  misery for residents  and normal life  was thrown out of gear  in many places. The State  capital  which was  recording  below  40 degree Celsius recorded the highest temperature of 43.2 degree Celsius which  is a record
