'It'll be a long time before the Sewerage & Water Board is trusted again'

Cedric Grant, the Sewerage & Water Board’s executive director, told board members that 16 pumps, including nine major drainage pumps, weren’t working. Five of those major pumps were in Saturday’s flood zone.
