Record breaking heat wave hits Central Florida again

It'a November but it feels like summer all over again; Orlando, Daytona Beach and Melbourne have all broken record high temperatures -- again...So far, 2015 is on track to be the hottest year ever recorded, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The group points to an unusually strong El Nino, which means large amounts of ocean heat are sent into the atmosphere. The hottest year on record is 2014.
