The India Meteorological Department, Hyderabad, on Tuesday issued a heat wave warning for all the districts in Telangana for Wednesday , including Hyderabad. The governments in both states have issued heat wave advisories warning people not to venture out between 11 am and 5 pm without taking adequate precautions
