          Authorities confirmed a third person has died in the flooding that swamped Wisconsin earlier this week.
An 82-year-old man, identified as Elmer Lippo, was found dead in a pickup truck early Thursday morning in the swollen Marengo River. Officials said the truck was discovered near a bridge in the town of White River
